Auditing – U.S. TEAM Guides

Audit protocols that address subject areas critical to your business

RegScan One users can add CERL’s U.S. TEAM Guides™ and the OSH Guide™ to their subscriptions. These audit protocols are seamlessly integrated into the RegScan FLEX system, which makes them full-text searchable. Audit questions also contain hyperlinks to the cited regulations.

The Environmental Assessment and Management (TEAM) Guides™ are audit protocols/checklists that address Federal and state/territory regulations in subject areas critical to your business.

And you can rest assured of their effectiveness – these are the very same audit protocols that the U.S. government has been using since 1994!

U.S. Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Guide

The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Guide is a compliance assessment manual based on U.S. OSHA regulations. It consolidates requirements from the General Industry Standard (29 CFR 1910) and the Construction Standard (29 CFR 1926), and it also includes those for Federal OSH programs and reporting (29 CFR 1904 and 1960).

The OSH Guide may be used in self-audits, external audits, and as a reference tool. The tool enables users to identify applicable regulations, document noncompliance, develop plans to eliminate noncompliance, and prevent future noncompliance.

RegScan has also developed a companion product called OSH Plus, based on Cal/OSHA safety standards.
