RegScan Customer Support System

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the RegScan user experience, we have implemented a new ticketing system for customer support inquiries. This allows us to streamline requests and better serve you. Available 24/7, the ticketing system allows you to immediately report and issue and track the support team's response to it.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Additionally, RegScan has produced a number of helpful videos for our users to watch that answer most commonly asked questions on using the RegScan One Interface, which are in the process of being updated to incorporate the latest changes to our platform. You may wish to visit our Informational & Tutorial Videos Page prior to submitting a ticket to see if your question can be answered with the assistance of one of these videos.
