As of March 17, Jordan has suspended all commercial flights and closed all land and sea borders until 30 March. Additionally, a curfew is in place from 6 p.m. to 10 a.m.
Italy’s Procedures for COVID-19
In Italy, Government officials have signed various decrees, implemented containment measures, and created strict orders to place the entire country on lockdown, in an effort to contain the virus and to prevent it from spreading.
Israel’s COVID-19 Rules
As of March 12, Israel has denied entry of foreign nationals into the country, however, permission to enter could be considered for foreign nationals who can prove that they have a place and are able to go into 14-day isolation, with some exceptions.
Iraq’s COVID-19 Backlash
Until April 11, travel is banned between all Iraqi provinces, and lockdown and curfew is in place in all regions of Iraq with exceptions as authorized by the Prime Minister.
Iran’s Response to COVID-19
Starting April 11th, ‘low risk’ businesses were allowed to reopen in most parts of the country. In Tehran, however, business closures continued until April 18th. Despite this partial opening of the country, the President urged the citizens to stay at home as much as possible and to follow the social distancing guidelines.
India’s Exposure to COVID-19
As of March 22, 2020, India is not allowing any incoming scheduled international commercial passenger aircraft to disembark its passengers on Indian soil.
Germany’s Responses to COVID-19
On March 15, the Minister of Interior announced that, starting March 16, Germany will close its borders with Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland. These travel restrictions should not create any impacts for facilities.
France’s COVID-19 Procedures
The end of lockdown was adopted on May 4th by the French Parliament. A first phase, consisting of an end to lockdown and derogatory certificates, has been implemented since Monday, May 11, followed by a second phase which will come into force on June 2.
Dubai’s Reaction to COVID-19
Dubai announced a partial reduction in the restrictions on movement in the emirate starting Friday 24 April.
