RegScan Socrates™ users can be
emailed when changes take place or when activities are overdue. You can
choose if you get emails on all projects and tasks you own or just specific
ones. Emails can also be sent to third-parties to keep them in the 'Loop'
automatically. These third-party emails allow access even if you are
not a RegScan GCS / Socrates user. You are not overwhelmed with email,
as all alerts are consolidated into one daily email.
The RegScan Dashboard can be selected as a place to review a daily consolidated
listing of all activities. Using the dashboard provides you with an easy-to-read
formatted listng by project with links to both the activity owner and
to the activity details. Dashboard entries are also automatically archived.
30 prior versions are kept in PDF format.
Also a private RSS feed (future feature) to allow instant updates as
changes occur in projects and tasks, will be sent to your private news
reader.
